Our refreshing Mindful Mint CBD Tea is a blend of organic spearmint, organic peppermint, and broad-spectrum hemp. The combination of mint flavors makes for a refreshing and relaxing tea that is the perfect addition to your before bed routine when you’re ready to wind down from the day because the ingredients promote relaxation and so much more.

Organic Spearmint: A minty herb that is high in antioxidants and is commonly used to aid in digestion and upset stomach. Spearmint has also been shown to potentially help with hormone balancing, lowering blood sugar, reducing stress, and improving memory.
Organic Peppermint: Another herb that is a part of the mint family. Hemp Extract: Each tea bag contains 50-60mg of Broad Spectrum Hemp. Hemp extract is the oil derived from the hemp plant. Hemp plants are closely related to cannabis plants but are different in that cannabis plants have higher levels of THC (the compound that creates a psychoactive experience) while hemp extract has higher levels of CBD. Organic Coconut Milk Powder: Made from coconut milk, coconut milk powder is known to promote a healthy heart, prevent anemia, helps ease muscle fatigue and last but no least it tastes amazing!
Organic Tapioca Maltodextrin: Made from tapioca, this ingredient is used to stabilize ingredients and add bulk to products.
Organic Acacia Powder: A soluble fiber made from the sap of an Acacia Senegal tree. Acacia powder is used for so many things from medicinal purposes to baking. Some of the main benefits of acacia powder are that it helps with digestion (because of the fiber) and can aid in weight loss, it may also help with lowering cholesterol and supporting liver function.

Different Preparation Methods
Our tea comes in a bag that has individual tea bags inside of it. The tea bag makes the tea making process simple and doesn’t leave a mess like a loose leaf tea might. Our tea is great both hot or iced and it’s so incredibly easy to make either way. Depending on the season and what you’re in the mood for, see below for the steps to prepare it both hot or iced.
Iced Tea Preparation
This takes a while so if you know you’re going to want some iced tea later then start this a few hours ahead of time.
Step 1: Fill a pitcher with fresh water
Step 2: Add your tea bag(s) (1 bag is good for 1-3 cups)
Step 3: Put the pitcher of water and tea bags into the fridge and let steep for 6-12 hours
Enjoy your iced tea!
Hot Tea Preparation
Step 1: Bring 8-12oz of fresh water to a boil
Step 2: Pour the boiling water over the tea bag (good for 1-3 cups)
Step 3: Let steep 3-5 minutes (or longer if you like it strong)
